Important: Please do not send items back to us without first requesting a return. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

7. European Union 14-Day "Cooling Off" Period
For orders shipped to the European Union, customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days for any reason, without justification. The item must still meet the eligibility criteria (original condition, tags, and packaging) mentioned above.
8. Refunds
