We are proud to offer Free Worldwide Standard Shipping to all countries. Estimated delivery times vary by destination and will be clearly confirmed at checkout before you pay.

Many of our products are crafted individually with extreme attention to detail.
Please Note: For handmade items, please allow an additional 5–7 business days for the creation process before shipment. This ensures the quality and craftsmanship we stand behind.
3. Order Processing

Weekends & Holidays: Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
4. Tracking & Notifications

Confirmation: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email and/or SMS containing your unique tracking number.

Updates: Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear in the system after the courier picks up the package.

5. Order Issues & Modifications
Changes to the Order:
If you need to update your address or change an item, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. We will do our best to accommodate changes, subject to order status.
Wrong or Missing Items:
If you receive an incorrect item or an item is missing, please email us immediately with your order number and photos. We are committed to resolving this promptly and will arrange a replacement.
Undelivered Packages:
If tracking shows "Delivered" but you haven't received the package, please contact us immediately so we can assist with an investigation.
Refused or Returned Shipments:

If a shipment is returned to us because it was rejected by the recipient or deemed undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, we will notify you by email.
